Talk Title: Capillary electrochromatography and molecular probe for pharmaceutical and biomedical analysis

Dr. Zilin Chen is a full Professor of  Wuhan University and Wuhan Textile University. Prof. Chen received his Ph.D. degree in Tokyo Metropolitan University (TMU), Japan. He  worked as a postdoctoral fellow of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) at TMU, a postdoctoral fellow at NTT Microsystem Integration Labs, Japan and a research assistant professor at University of Notre Dame, USA. He joined in Wuhan University as Luojia Professor in 2007 and in Wuhan Textile University in 2024. He has published over 260 peer-reviewed research papers in international journals. His research interests include liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, mass spectrometry, biosensors, and molecular probe for biomedical and pharmaceutical analysis. He serves as an associate editor of Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis (JPA) and vice-director of Chinese Association of Pharmaceutical Analysis affiliated in Chinese Association of Medical Biotechnology. He founded and organized first international symposium on Advances in Pharmaceutical Analysis (APA) in 2017 at Wuhan, and serves as co-chair of APA 2018 (Lille, France), APA 2019 (Xi’an, China) and eAPA-2022 (Nancy, France) and APA 2023 (Beijing, China).
