Talk Title: Key Technologies of Comprehensive Components Analyses of Complex Systems (CCACS) and their application in pharmaceutical science
Jian-Lin Wu is currently an associate professor at the State Key Laboratory for Quality Research in Chinese Medicines (Macau University of Science and Technology). His research team established Problem Oriented Multi-omics Integrated analysis technology based on Mass Spectrometry (POMIMS) including Metabolic Flux, Carboxylomics, Microbiomics, Peptidomics, and Proteomics. On this basis, he has developed some original analysis methods and applied them in many fields of biomedicine, including clinical disease diagnosis and mechanism studies, drug active ingredient discovery and mechanism studies. So far, he has published over 150 SCI papers with a total impact factor of more than 1000 points. Since 2019, he has published 100 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author in Q1 Top journals such as Cell Research, Gastroenterology, Psychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences, Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pediatric Allergy and Immunology, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Food Hydrocolloids, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Food Chemistry, Food Research International, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry and Environmental Science & Technology. As well as in collaboration with journals such as Gut, Gastroenterology, Nature Communications, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, and so on. Authorized and applied for 5 international patents and 23 domestic patents.
